As a volunteer-run organization, every aspect of what we do is done by volunteers….client intake, cooking & baking, updating the website, tracking data, planning events, making baby essential care packages, answering emails, delivering meals, organizing donation drives, attending community events…and everything in between!
The summer months can be a busy time for our organization, so we’re looking forward to finding dynamic summer interns to join our team and help us run our Resource Centre, the Social + Good Charity | Kitchen, our warehouse, and our community events. We’d love to find passionate and caring applicants who are taking or have taken Non-profit Studies, Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business or Management studies to be a part of our team.

At Made by Momma, we believe that no family should ever have to question how they will feed their baby. This year, our community proved just how powerful that belief can be, thanks to Coach Olivia’s incredible dedication.
🏃Through her Miles for Milk initiative, Coach Olivia completed an extraordinary 100 km run, turning every single kilometre into tangible support for mothers and babies in need here in Calgary. Because of her determination and the generosity of everyone who rallied behind her, over $7,000 worth of infant formula was donated to Made by Momma and will be distributed to families who need it most.
🍼Formula prices in Canada have risen dramatically in recent years. The average monthly cost to feed a baby with formula here in Canada typically ranges from $100-200 for standard powder, and can exceed $280 per month for specialized and sensitive baby formulas. For many families, this financial burden can feel overwhelming. Coach Olivia’s efforts directly helped relieve that pressure, ensuring babies are fed and parents feel supported rather than alone.
🫶We are deeply grateful not only for the funds raised and formula donated, but for the compassion, awareness, and community spirit Coach Olivia brought to this initiative. Her commitment reminds us that meaningful change often starts with one person deciding to do something hard and inviting a loving community to support them.

We’re selling beautiful, locally-grown holiday plants — poinsettias, wreaths & more — to raise funds to support local families in crisis.

The 14th Annual Made by Momma Fall FUNdraiser will be held Thursday, November 13th, at the fun & fabulous Aussie Rules Foodhouse & Bar! Plan a girls’ night out, get your work team together or come for a great night out with your spouse, your neighbours or a big group of friends – and join us for an evening of fun in support of vulnerable Calgary families. 100% of the funds raised at this event will directly help families in need in our community!
Your ticket into the festivities includes live entertainment by the awesome Aussie Rules Dueling Pianos team, and a delicious dinner with dessert! The evening also includes an exciting online auction, a 50/50 Draw, Balloon Pops, Golden Ticket, and the Mystery Envelope Game! We’ll also be featuring the wine pull that everyone loves – where everybody wins!
Doors open at 6:30pm Dinner at 7:30pm Pianos at 8:00pm The auction will close at approximately 10pm Pianos play until 11:00pm FUN all night long!

🎟️ Only 1 Ticket Needed Per Vehicle Tickets are per vehicle, not per person. Bring as many people as your vehicle seats!
🚗 Vehicle & Pet Restrictions Parking spots are standard size. No RVs, camper vans, truck campers, or large vehicles that extend beyond a standard stall. To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all, we kindly ask that our furry friends stay home.
🕒 Arrive Early for the Best Spot Gates open at 7:00PM. Getting there early helps you grab a great viewing spot and get settled before the show begins. Parking attendants will direct you upon entering.
🧳 Bring the Essentials Comfort isn’t just on couches! Pack blankets, pillows, and thank us later. Warm items recommended as vehicles must be turned off for the duration of the movie.
