Made by Momma is an official depot for the Good Food Box program!

The Good Food Box program is run through the Community Kitchen Program of Calgary and aims to provide community members with greater access to affordable, nutritious and sustainable fresh fruits and vegetables. The program purchases produce directly from local farmers and wholesalers. The program is run by volunteers that pack the boxes full of fruits and vegetables to be delivered to depots across the city.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a price increase on the Good Food Boxes starting January 2026. The new pricing is listed below.

$35 Small Box: 20-25 lbs* of fruits and vegetables
$40 Medium Box: 30-35 lbs* of fruits and vegetables
$45 Large Box: 40-45 lbs* of fruits and vegetables
*Weights are approximate and depend on produce size and density.

All Good Food Boxes must be
1. ordered in advance (by the deadline) via the order form link
2. pre-paid via etransfer (all orders must be pre-paid or a box will not be ordered for you)
3. if we have your cell phone number, we will text you as soon as the boxes arrive and are ready for pick up
4. boxes must be picked up at the Made by Momma Resource Centre between 2:30pm – 6pm on the scheduled pick up day.

2026 order and pickup dates:
Order by January 5th – PICK UP on January 14th
Order by January 26th – PICK UP on February 4th
Order by February 23rd – PICK UP on March 4th
Order by March 16th – PICK UP on March 25th
Order by April 20th – PICK UP on April 29th
Order by May 18th – PICK UP on May 27th
Order by June 8th – PICK UP on June 17th
Order by July 20th – PICK UP on July 29th
Order by August 17th – PICK UP on August 26th
Order by September 14th – PICK UP on September 23rd
Order by October 12th – PICK UP on October 21st
Order by November 16th – PICK UP on November 25th
