During Christmas Made by Momma’s 12 Can Challenge, Adopt-a-Momma and Santa’s Workshop programs were insanely successful. The 12 Can Challenge and Santa’s Workshop programs were new to the organization and turned out to be a great success as Made by Momma was able to provide a very happy Christmas to many different families. On top of donating items, Made by Momma provides many opportunities for you to give back to your community. Since Made by Momma is a 100 per cent volunteer-run organization, we rely immensely on volunteers and their support. We provide many opportunities for involvement such as cooking and baking to help make sure our fridges are stocked with food full of nutritional value. Our organization also helps provide in-home support so that overwhelmed or ill mothers are able to have a quick rest or even shower without worrying about their children. Made by Momma will provide you the opportunity to help out your community as well as fellow moms that are in a position of immense stress and uncertainty. Our next Volunteer Information Meeting is Saturday January 24th and we’d love to see you there!
Lets make 2015 a fantastic year by taking the time to give back and help out an organization that is striving to make a difference.
